As Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving high levels of partner and client satisfaction and retention in the regions of DACH and Spain. You will get the opportunity to join a growing organisation working towards selling and implementing a meaningful product with a market fit in the tremendously growing digital healthcare space. 


About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager within our Business Development and Client Success Chapter for our Partners in the German and Spanish market to start in February 2023. By focusing on ensuring partner success through alignment to our solutions with the partners, you will increase DasLab’s product footprint with the partner and the client, as we work in two-sided networks within healthcare. This role will report directly to the VP Partnerships. As we work distributedly, you will either work from home and/or at our hubs in Berlin, Munich or Barcelona. 

Your tasks will include:
  • Partner Management: You know our partners business goals, establish a trusted advisor relationship and manage the account strategically through regular reportings, check-ins whilst ensuring operational excellence through monitoring SLAs, contract management and invoicing. 
  • Client Account Management: You support the definition of the unique value for every partner  through value-based selling, identifying both partners known and unknown needs and providing ROI analyses
  • Project Management: You coordinate new software implementation and onboarding projects towards partners and clients. This includes budget and time management, coordination and task management, and internal as well as external communication plus engaging all stakeholders involved
  • Client and Partner Support: Resolving requests to increase satisfaction including cause analysis and derivation of continuous optimisation measures. This includes also the implementation of operational processes to level up SLAs
  • Procurement: You manage our sourcing and purchasing of supplies required for home testing kits, while considering budgets, medical regulations and high quality principles
  • Reporting: You are responsible for creating reports and analytics in internal tools and systems 
About You
  • You bring first experience of (operational) partner or client management to the table - you have at least worked in a client facing or account management role before. Ideally, you have gained this experience in the healthtec industry
  • Your experience comes with a proven track record of results in client or partner success 
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence are core attributes from you. You can show this in both English and German on a business level to others. Spanish skills on top are a big plus. 
  • When it comes to organisation, your friends will call you, as you are a genius in organisation, planning and engaging others, as well as finding solutions to unforeseen challenges. You might even have education in project management
  • It does not matter if it’s “Suits” or “Ally McBeal” - you know the basics of speaking “law”. Understanding contracts and operationalising them comes easy to you
  • On top of this, you consider yourself as a proactive person with a drive to action and to impact and being able to adopt easily in different situations
